Scala Stands: Booth Design at the ITS European Congress 2025 — Design, Functionality, and Innovation in Service of Smart Mobility
From May 19 to 21, the city of Seville became the epicenter of mobility innovation with the celebration of the ITS European Congress 2025, one of the most important events in Europe dedicated to intelligent transportation systems. The event brings together companies, institutions, and professionals to discuss, share, and advance toward a more sustainable, efficient, and connected mobility model.
At Scala Stands, we had the privilege of being an active part of this event, collaborating with our clients to transform their ideas into tangible spaces that reflect their identity and strategic goals. This year, we highlight one of our most complete and representative projects, designed and built for a leading company in digital mobility solutions.
A Stand that Reflects Purpose and Innovation
The challenge was clear: to create a space that was not only visually appealing but also encouraged interaction with visitors, conveyed professionalism, and provided full functionality for the exhibitor’s commercial team. With that goal in mind, we developed a modern, open, and fully functional stand tailored to the demands of a high-level congress.
Key features included:
🔹 Meeting area: A comfortable and well-organized space designed for valuable conversations, business meetings, and personalized demos. The choice of furniture and the open layout allowed for a natural flow of visitors and networking opportunities.
🔹 Interactive touchscreen display: We incorporated a tech solution that enabled the exhibitor to dynamically showcase their products, services, and success stories, adapting to different audiences and informational needs.
🔹 Suspended circular truss: An iconic visual element that provided long-distance visibility while reinforcing brand presence through strategic lighting and elevated positioning within the pavilion.
🔹 Integrated storage space: A concealed yet accessible area to store materials, brochures, and personal items, keeping the stand tidy at all times without compromising the design.
