Stand Design and Construction at Agrobiotech Lleida: A Space Where Innovation Meets Sustainability
The Agrobiotech fair in Lleida has become a key meeting point for companies focused on biotechnology, sustainability, and innovation within the agricultural and livestock sectors. This year, we had the privilege of designing and building the exhibition stand for INGENIUM, a leading company in the management of agricultural waste and its transformation into biomethane.
From the first sketch to the final installation details, our goal was clear: to create an open, functional, and visually striking space that reflects the brand’s corporate identity while inviting visitors to explore its projects and solutions.
A Design built to communicate
The stand was built on a bright, open base using materials that bring warmth—such as wood-tone flooring—combined with INGENIUM’s fresh corporate green. This color balance helped convey a sense of sustainability and approachability, perfectly aligned with the brand’s values.
Key design elements included:
- Large-format graphic panels, featuring real project images and targeted messaging for industry professionals.
- Maps and technical data, allowing visitors to quickly understand the geographical and operational reach of INGENIUM’s work.
- A networking area with high tables and stools designed for quick, productive conversations.
- A lounge zone with white sofas and glass tables for more in-depth meetings.
- A central corporate counter, strategically positioned to welcome visitors and serve as the main point of contact.
- Integrated natural plants, adding freshness and reinforcing the organic and environmental theme of the fair.
Every element was designed with purpose: to communicate, attract, encourage conversation, and create visual impact without overwhelming the space.
One of the project’s priorities was to maintain a fully open, multi-access design, allowing smooth visitor flow and maximizing visibility from different angles within the exhibition hall.
Bright white overhead lighting enhanced the clarity of the stand and helped highlight the main graphic panels, particularly those targeting landowners, farmers, and livestock producers—key audiences at the fair.
The installation process was carried out with precision, ensuring that every structure, graphic panel, and furniture piece was perfectly aligned. The final result was a clean, modern stand that fully reflected the brand’s mission: communicating professionalism, innovation, and a commitment to the agricultural and livestock sector.
